The article focuses on the multimedia messaging service (MMS) feature of new mobile phones, and looks at the problem of getting people to use MMS. Chirag Bakshi of Verisign claims that the MMS adoption rate is growing, but a number of people still do not know how to use multimedia services on their cellular phones. Stacey Zuniga of Unwired Nation, which aims to introduce MMS to people with voice services, explains that voice is complementary to MMS and all the data services.
