The article informs that Second Life is bringing a highly skilled workforce from 45 countries to the 'Working Worlds,' a jobs fair in Luxembourg held by software maker Gax Technologies. It is further informed that the event will be held on November 28, 2007 and has already received 800 resumes from candidates who will have virtual interviews. According to Cornelia den Hartog, managing director of Gax Technologies, this new form of virtual recruitment gives international professionals unparalleled access to Luxembourg, which has some of Europe's highest wage levels and favourable taxation rates, combined with a growing need to add to its skilled workforce.
