The article informs that SAP AG will host the new industry value network (IVN) for insurance, a collaboration network designed to help insurers address their technology issues. As reported, the IVN for insurance will bring together independent software suppliers, system integrators and SAP to co-innovate with insurers to help them tackle information technology (IT) issues and improve their operations. It is further reported that the new IVN will initially involve insurers in the North American market and will then be expanded. SAP's partners for the IVN include Adobe, International Business Machines Corp., CGI Inc. and Opentext Corp.
