The article offers information regarding the improvement in Cisco System Inc.'s WebEx MeetMeNow service. It states that the service has been enhanced with video conferencing features and integration with the Microsoft Office productivity suite. The updated on-demand conferencing service makes it easier for users to configure their cameras for meetings, and jump from one participant to another in virtual roundtables. It further mentions that video conferences can now been arranged and launched through the widely used Microsoft Office suite, and users can more easily share documents on one another's personal computers (PCs). Cisco owns WebEx, which provides the service over its own network.
