ABSTRACT
The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of engaging trends in outsourcing to foreign countries. It reveals that several of the small and midsize manufacturers (SMMs) are supporting the trends to bring down industry costs. In fact, some SMMs are creating foreign suppliers to compare their costs to the overseas suppliers unit costs. It features the basic factors to be consider in engaging outsourcing agreement with foreign suppliers including freight, logistics and warranty.
