ABSTRACT
The article reports that British Gas has chosen eight households in eight Green Streets across Great Britain to compete in a year-long project to cut their domestic carbon dioxide emissions. Each of the Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Manchester, Plymouth and Southampton streets will have £30,000 to spend on energy-saving equipment.
