ABSTRACT
The article reports that Active Control Technology Inc. received the first purchase order for its ActiveMine two-way wireless voice communications, tracking and data system. The purchase order was the first of five orders placed by Magnum Coal, which have a total value of $1.8 million. Magnum Coal will install the ActiveMine systems at its West Virginia mines.
