The article offers information on Hong Kong financial secretary Antony Leung. Leung worked as a currency trader in Citigroup, formerly Citicorp, and moved to various international banks before he became financial secretary of Hong Kong in 2001. He was involved in the Chinese government's $3 billion investment in U.S. private equity firm Blackstone Co. and purchased a 20% share in China National Bluestar Corp. Leung resigned as financial secretary in 2003 and married Fu Mingxia.
