ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the global expansion plans of Dow Chemical Co. The rising construction costs in Oman have led the company to divert its plan by pressing ahead with a giant investment in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia and a smaller project in Libya. Dow Chemical's expansion plans aim to attract more customers and investors to co-invest in the creation of an industrial park. Moreover, the company is expanding its customer base in the Indian subcontinent.
