ABSTRACT
The article assesses the process of designating and releasing sensitive security information (SSI) in the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA). TSA forbids disclosure of information obtained or developed in security activities, and maybe generated by other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies in establishing security requirements. Requesting party or party's attorney is granted access after background check.
