ABSTRACT
The article presents a reprint of the article "Naval Academy ... A Crucible for Warriors" which appeared in the December 2007 issue of "Proceedings." It stresses on the fate of the present generation of naval officers from the cited defect of the program implementation. It also suggests the promotion of interaction exposure to the public . Further, it reveals that such scheme assures development of young officers in all respect.
