ABSTRACT
This article reports the selection of J. Walter Thompson USA (JWT) by Rosenbluth International, a corporate travel agency, to handle its new interactive business as of February 2000. JWT is the first agency of record on Rosenbluth's $10 million to $15 million interactive account. Rosenbluth bought Biztravel.com in August 1999 and formed a new subsidiary, Rosenbluth Interactive. Biztravel will be redesigned by the company and JWT and relaunched within the next few weeks. Meanwhile, Rosenbluth Interactive is also putting the finishing touches on another site, Travelution, to compete with more consumer-focused sites such as Travelocity and Expedia.
