ABSTRACT
The article reports on the plan by Vita Group's Comfort Foams Division to increase its foam prices. The company plans to instigate discussions on price increase with its customers, with the aim of raising foam prices by October 1, 2007. According to Peter David, managing director of Vita's Comfort Foams Division, the company is now facing further raw material price increases as suppliers react to the increasing tightening of toluene diisocyanate availability in Europe.
