ABSTRACT
The article reports on the services plans for the video-on-demand (VOD) by the Time Warner Cable. The company plans to have the "Start Over," "Look Back," "Coming Soon," and "Quick Clips" services on its VOD. However, the not all five features are available until 2008. Time Warner Cable has negotiated, and will continue to negotiate, with multiple-system-operators for the distributions of the services.
