ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the request filed by Hulu, an online-video joint venture of NBC Universal and News Corp., for the dismissal of the federal lawsuit filed by Web publisher Lulu Enterprises. It is noted that the latter accused the trademark infringement and "cyberpiracy" against the media giants. According to Hulu, no confusion can arise between the two parties' marks since they are actually used and that Lulu trademarks are not well-known contrary to the claim of the lawsuit.
