The article focuses on the use of storytelling to improve the workplace. The Storytellers is a consultancy that helps companies to communicate their corporate strategy through telling stories. Its basic proposition is that people communicate best this way. Although storytelling itself is as old as the hills, the idea of organisational storytelling was propelled to prominence by Steve Denning, a World Bank executive who wrote a book, "The Springboard," about the use of storytelling for knowledge management and change at the bank.
