ABSTRACT
The article reveals the findings of a research by recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialist hy-phen regarding the perception of human resource (HR) directors on outsourcing. HR directors still fear outsourcing and see it as an all-or-nothing solution. Fifty-six per cent of the 168 HR directors surveyed saw outsourcing as an increasing risk to their organisation and a similar number doubted that it could add any value.
