The article reports on an online video developed by the University of Nottingham, England. The video is about working life at the university and is aimed at attracting new staff. The video, posted alongside job adverts, is intended to showcase what the university has to offer. It focuses mainly on academic elements but the university is considering producing versions tailored to different vacancies and appears alongside all vacancies advertised by the university on specialist jobsite www.jobs.ac.uk.
