The article reports that the National Cable Communications Inc. (NCC), which deals advertising sales for Cox Communications Inc., said that it has booked $3 million so far in political ads in the U.S. According to Andrew Capone, senior vice president of NCC, the figure represents a significant early purchase in the primary season. And adds that local advertising sales operations have sold just over 120,000 commercials spots.
