ABSTRACT
The article considers the impact of services-oriented architecture (SOA) on customer relationship management (CRM). The goals of SOA, including maximization of the reuse, sharing and interoperability of networked corporate resources, can be realized through the implementation of master data management (MDM). CRM can adopt applications offered by MDM such as customer data integration (CDI).
