The article focuses on the decision of Covad Communications to use the HyperSurvey e-mail-based survey product from HyperQuality. Covad selected the HyperQuality product because it needed to get feedbacks from its customers being served in its 235 markets in 44 states in the U.S. With the use of the HyperSurvey, customers' feedback on sales, provisioning and installations are gathered and processed for Covad's usage.
