U.S. Steel Names Distribution Companies

The article reports on the announcement made by U.S. Steel Corp. that it has a distribution network for standard and line pipe sales in the U.S. The move has come after the company's acquisition of Lone Star Technologies Inc. and its related companies on June 14, 2007. Moreover, the firm has named 18 companies as authorized standard and line pipe distributors for Seamless and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipe. In addition, it has also determined seven companies to serve as distributors of Seamless and another four as distributors of ERW products only.
