ABSTRACT
The article discusses the relationship of customer loyalty to customer satisfaction in Hudson, New York. Most often, customer satisfaction is mistakenly coined to customer loyalty because customers who made reorder of products are confused with customer satisfaction. It comes only when customers are loyal to the company and such loyalty comes beforehand when company's employees are truehearted to the firm. When employees are loyal, they showed quality services and performance to customers.
