Chandra, whose $2.6 billion fortune puts him at 24 on the list of India's 40 Richest, wants to up the ante by providing U.S. citizens with a lot more than Indian fare. He is betting up to $200 million of his own money on a health-and-wellness channel called Veda, derived from the Latin word for truth, designed specifically for audiences in the U.S.
