The article reports on Excel Polymers LLC's relationship with China. It is stated that when it comes to Excel Polymers's activities in China, the supplier of custom compounded elastomers materials wants to make sure its customers know what it is up to. It announced in 2006 for a joint venture with Mitsui and Co. Ltd. to construct a joint venture factory in southern China. However, it is highlighted that, the problem is it doesn't seem like too many people know about the company.
