The article reports that TNS Retail Forward and PricewaterhouseCoopers' Retail & Consumer Industry Practice have predicted how the retailing environment will change by 2015. What they see are shifting demographics, household downsizing, and new marketing channels which will ultimately lead to a number of new challenges for the retail industry to consider, moving forward.
