The article reports that Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) is removing ICM Asset Management from a small-to midcap value equity account. The company manages $405.5 million worth of investments in behalf of LACERA. The pension trust is considering transferring the assets to Russell 200 Index managed by Barclays Global Investors.
