The campaign urges farmers to get involved in the Year of Food and Farming, to seize the initiative and help reconnect children with the countryside. According to Year of Food and Farming director Tony Cooke, the campaign helps increase the number of farmers involved in the event. CEVAS course organizer Ian Egginton Metters said that more farmers have come forward for CEVAS training due to the campaign.
