ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of building a culture that fosters creativity and innovation. According to the author, leaders are in favor of innovation but are not ready to deal with the failure that sometimes accompany it. Creating a culture where everyone will feel responsible for the innovation and the risks involved is vital for strategy. She says that just like success, failure should also be rewarded. The four common pitfalls that hinder innovation are discussed.
