The article offers information on the advancements in the field of consumer research, along with tips on how retailers can effectively use market research data. Attitudinal research can be linked to large databases, to create research that is meaningful and actionable. Twenty Ten, developed a mathematical model to link the desired attributes to large, syndicated databases.
