Saint Luke's Episcopal Health Systems has plans to open its Sugar Land (Texas) Hospital in spring 2008. The planning fees for the proposed expansion of Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee was approved by the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust.
