ABSTRACT
The article reports on the definitive agreement signed by Honeywell to acquire Enraf Holding BV valued at approximately $260 million in October 2007. Enraf, a division of Delft Instruments based in Delft, Netherlands, consists of six groups that offer comprehensive solutions for the control and management of transportation, storage and blending operations on the oil and gas industry. It is reported that following the deal, Enraf will be integrated into Honeywell Process Solutions.
