Chase Corporation acquires Long Products

The article reports on the acquisition of the product lines and manufacturing facility of Long Products of Rye East Sussex, England by Chase Corp. Long Products is involved in the manufacture of waterproofing and corrosion systems since 1977. It is stated that the acquisition with Chase will broaden the protective coating product line to satisfy global demand, also acquisition will also have positive effect on Chase as it will be able to solve difficult corrosion problems in pipelines.
