At Vermont, planners attended a session on tapping one's creativity and interactive hypothetical case analysis on ethics. Great Lakes and Midwest chapters sponsored a one-on-one meeting between planners and hospitality partners. The attendees at the Canadian Chapter meeting learned how to change communication style and the impact of demographic shifts on meeting planning.
