ABSTRACT
This article reports on the qualities of advertising agency preferred by John Costello, marketing executive at online retailer MVP.com. According to Costello, the principles of a good agency partnership are the same for online companies. However, he said that the differences are speed and flexibility. He also said that he never considered larger shop for the anticipated $50 million MVP account. Instead, he stayed with Leagas Delaney of San Francisco, California. Leagas is the agency for BigEdge.com, a sports goods electronic retailer bought by MVP.
