ABSTRACT
This article presents information on the career of Wendy Marquardt, executive vice president-director of client services at media planning and buying company Zenith Media Services. During her career, she has worked with SBC Communications, Motorola and Ameritech Corp. In addition to servicing the telecommunication accounts, Marquardt also has worked with clients, including M&M/Mars, Quaker Oats Co. and Allied Domecq Spirits. She credits listening as one skill to a successful client-agency relationship.
