This article focuses on the role of executive Elizabeth DeMaso in advertising agency Deutsch. Not only has she worked with agency creatives, planners and account people, she also had her share of client-oriented encounters. To keep up her prospecting she is in contact with about 10 clients each week. In 1999, DeMaso was promoted from executive vice president to senior vice president. In 1998, she was a key player in establishing the firm's Los Angeles, California business department. DeMaso began her career at Griffin Bacal as a coordinator and left five years later as a vice president.
