Agency plans Block-by-Block revitalization effort

The article reports that The New York State Affordable Housing Corp. will embark on a program to help rebuild the neighborhoods in Buffalo. The program, called Block-By-Block will help organizations renovate existing housing and will construct new green spaces, as part of a large redevelopment plan. A list of what will be given priority in applications is included.
