ABSTRACT
The article reports that Bird & Bird has launched a new trade and customs practice in Europe. A four-lawyer team from Simmons & Simmons, as well as partner Jasper Helder, will move to the Bird & Bird office in The Hague. Helder will be responsible for addressing issues such as intellectual property, tax and licensing aspects of the import and export of electronic goods, and pharmaceuticals.
