ABSTRACT
The article focuses on congressional hearings on broadband policy in the U.S. The theme of the hearings is to increase broadband penetration in the country. On the positive side, recent testimony given before Congress emphasizes that the opportunity for anyone other than incumbents is still enormous in the business services market.
