TWC expands voice, data, video offerings

The upgrade includes Oceanic TWC's deployment of the voice messaging service of GotVoice Inc. for its RoadRunner high speed Internet and Oceanic digital phone subscribers. Another are TWC Business Class new Internet Protocol television (IPTV) service and TWC's two new music products, Road Runner Music and Road Runner Music Portable.
