ABSTRACT
The article presents findings of a study on the natural health and beauty care products industry in the U.S., conducted by Packaged Facts. According to the study, the segment now accounts for 15 percent of U.S. beauty industry sales of $42 billion. It also states that the food, drug and mass channels' share of this market built relatively slowly during 2002 to 2006. Packaged Facts expects natural/organic oral care products to brush the $1.6 billion mark at retail in 2012.
