ABSTRACT
The article reports that Republic Bancorp Inc. and health insurer Humana Inc. will begin testing the HumanaAdvance Visa card, an interest free credit card to help consumers pay for out-of-pocket health care costs such as deductibles, co-payments and other expenses not covered by insurance. The companies hope to offer the cards in conjunction with health savings accounts.
