ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the practices for combining business intelligence (BI) and customer relations management (CRM). This combination allows acumen into the business and apprized decisions by workers at all levels. Short- and long-term goals for BI must be established so that a choice for a vendor will be made accordingly. A BI vendor with partnerships with software firm and consultants is recommended as it could provide an integrated service.
