ABSTRACT
The article focuses on profitability methodologies. Profitability analytics have improved in effort to meet the needs of the workforce such that models being used by the companies are upgraded to include software thus enabling a quality measure of customer profitability. Price optimization is an analytic strategy which asserts the effect of pricing on profitability. According to the article, the success of profitability models lie on validity and reliability.
