The article reports on the concern of Greg Harden, president and chief executive officer of case goods manufacturer Harden Furniture, on the growing number of companies in the U.S. claiming that their products are sustainable by using the logo of the Sustainable Furniture Council. Harden worries that this will compromise the credibility of companies that make investments in environment friendly products and may confuse retailers which companies to choose that suit their preferences.
