ABSTRACT

Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. has said that it has completed its acquisition of the Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems sealing-systems operations in five countries for about $137 million. Also, Daetwyler Group is considering opening a plant in Mexico to support its goal of expanding rubber-related activities in North America.
