ABSTRACT
This article offers tips for foodservice operators within the U.S. health care sector. Ten years from now, there will be a different level of technology. Patients will be a group that is much more acclimated to using technology. On-demand service could look very different and there will be more diversity and ingredient ethnicity in the foods being offered.
