ABSTRACT
This article reports on a food show that was hosted by Fauquier Health System for long-term care residents in Warrenton, Virginia. Vernon Rhea, director of nutrition and food service for the health system, worked with Food Pro, his primary vendor, to organize vendors for the show. The 12 participating vendors provided complimentary samples of their wares for three hours, as residents and their family members sampled the products and filled out score cards with ratings and comments. The highest rated items will be added to the new menu.
