ABSTRACT
This article reports on an Intranet site that was launched by Rodale Inc., where employees can access all of the corporate cafeteria's nutritional data, menus, ingredients and recipes. All of Rodale Café's menus and onsite childcare menus are accessible on the Friday before the week they are offered. There is detailed information for each menu item, so employees can examine both ingredients and nutritional data.
